Why retention beats volume in face-to-face fundraising
What a regular-giving supporter is really worth, and why charities should judge face-to-face agencies on how long supporters stay, not how many sign up.

The photo above is the fit-out a few weeks before we got the keys: glass meeting rooms going in, exposed beams, and plenty of floor for a team that has outgrown two previous homes since Sydney opened in 2024.
The space was designed around how we actually work. Tuesday and Thursday office mornings put 30 to 60 people in one room before a field day, so the main floor is open and the meeting rooms are built for role-plays, one-on-ones and interviews rather than quiet desk work.
