On Friday 13 February the face-to-face fundraising industry gathered at Crown Melbourne for the 2026 Fundraising Industry Awards, and Verifly came home with two of them.
Mia Carless, Sydney, and Dylan Brown, Auckland, were each presented with the Sales Manager Leadership Excellence Award, recognising excellence in leading a fundraising team: results, quality and the people who stay and grow under them.
Both started with Verifly as Sales Associates with no fundraising experience. That's the path we publish on our careers page, and nights like this are what it looks like at the top of it.
Congratulations to Mia, Dylan and the whole crew who made the trip. Recognition is part of how we work: weekly shoutouts, promotion bonuses and nights like this one. Start your journey.
Every Verifly leader started as a Sales Associate. Paid training, hourly pay plus bonuses, and a published path up.
