Apply

Two minutes now. A call this week.

Send your details and our recruitment team will call you to book a first interview at your nearest office.

Is it face-to-face?

Yes. You'll work in person with a team across our three channels: residential, B2B and events and expos, talking to people about one of our charity partners.

Is it commission-only?

No. You're paid an hourly rate plus super for every hour you work, with weekly bonuses on top.

Do I need experience?

No. We look for people who are friendly, resilient and coachable. We teach the rest in paid training.

What hours will I work?

Shifts run from late morning into the early evening for residential, business hours for B2B, and event hours for expos. Full-time and casual rosters are both available.

How much can I earn?

Everyone is paid an hourly rate plus super. On top of that, weekly sales bonuses are uncapped: you're rewarded directly on the value you create, and bonuses are released after a quality review.

Can I apply on a working holiday visa?

Yes. Let us know your visa type in the form.

What happens after I apply?

A phone screen, a first interview and an evaluation day, then your offer, badge, induction and sales training before your first shift. Most people are in the field within two weeks.
